About
I’m Tahsin Rahi, a computational and molecular biologist, working across RNA-seq analysis, molecular dynamics simulation of biomolecular transport processes, and cell culture engineering. My work focuses on turning multi-omics biological data into clear insights through data visualization with statistical analysis and building reproducible pipelines using Python/R/Shell scripts.
I enjoy bridging the computational biology with wet-lab experiments, especially for drug transport, transcriptomics, and protein modeling workflows to discover new therapeutics.
